Cancellation Policy

Since the services are reserved for you exclusively

we respectfully request that if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment you will do so minimum  48 hours before your booked treatment. 

Upon booking your appointment with us, we will request a small non-refundable deposit to confirm your appointment. A cancellation fee  of the reserved service amount will apply if you fail to give minimum 48 hours notice.
